Return Eligibility

Our return policy is active for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. However, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items

Return Process

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, tapes, etc.)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you a notification of receipt and refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; posting may take time.
  3. Contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If all steps are done and you still haven’t received the refund, contact us at support@gymbeastmode.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange for incorrect size selection. Please use our sizing chart before ordering. To exchange a defective or damaged item, email contact@gymbeastmode.com and send your item to the address provided below.

Gifts

If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping Your Return

Mail your product to: Kothuveetil House, PO Kollam, Via Quilandy, Near Kollam Chira, Calicut, Kerala, IN 673307. You are responsible for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
